He was predeceased by: his mother Loretta DePalmo. He is survived by: his father Charles DePalmo; his daughters, Andrea DePalma (Alexandra DePalma) and Shannon Pascal of Lebanon; his siblings, Charles DePalmo (Carol) of Old Bridge, Nancy Walker of Philadelphia, Jeffrey DePalmo (Thania) of Montville and Marcia Swartz (Roger) of Leesburg; and his aunts, Mary Costa of New Castle and Geraldine Kerr of New Castle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial tribute to David DePalma will be held at Fox Chase Golf Club in Stevens, Pennsylvania on October 10 from 2-5 p.m.
