She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Mitchell. She is survived by: her parent Harriett Mitchell; her husband Stephen W. Kozar Sr; her sons, Stephen W. Kozar Jr. (Gwen) of Blairsville and Mark F. "Mac" Kozar (Mary Kay) of Derry; and her grandchildren, Stephen W. Kozar V (Kristin), Amber Gray (Scott), Matthew Kozar (Trudie), Mandee Kozar, Katie Paul (Jason) and Samantha Somers (Cody).
