She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Roy; and her husband Joseph F. Evans. She is survived by: her parent Edith Mae Whitaker (Miller); her children, Faye D. Villa-James (Ken) of Cavittsville and Charles S. Evans (Sandra Niehl) of Turtle Creek; and her siblings, Robert A. Whitaker of Indiana and Edith M. Pedder of Herminie. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
