He was predeceased by: his parent Mario P. Denci; his sons, Anthony M. Denci and Justin Kireta; and his sister Benita Ranieri. He is survived by: his parent Teressa Denci (Forti); and his son Philip M. Denci, Jr. (Mary Fawber) of Palmyra.
