He is survived by : his wife Ann Grandin Kampf; his sons, Philip L. Kampf, Jr. and Warren E. Kampf; his daughter-in-law Megan Sullivan Kampf; his grandchildren, Philip L. Kampf, III, Natalie Kampf, Andrew Kampf and Julia Kampf; and his sister Lee Kampf.
