He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary E. Fishel (Rickabaugh); his children, Joseph E. Fishel (Malinda) of Sacramento, CA and Wendy Sue Knepp (Bradley) of Wildomar, CA; and his siblings, Dolores Kirkland of Carlisle, Daniel G. Fishel of Roscommon, MI. and Douglas. He was also cherished by three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
