He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Lapp and Rosemary C. Lapp. He is survived by: his children, Jennissa Stickler (Jason), Christopher Lapp and Bethany J. Lerew (Ben); his grandchildren, Madisynn Stickler, Amelia Lerew and Vivian Lerew; his siblings, Mike Lapp, Dean Lapp, Jeff Horrocks, Sarah Romero, Linda Lapp and Debra Lapp; and his cousin John Eckert.
