He was predeceased by: his parents, George Burgard and Verna Burgard (Holstein). He is survived by: his sons, Ronald L. Burgard of Dillsburg, Keith R. Burgard (Melinda) of Shiremanstown, Jason L. Burgard (Theresa) of Boiling Springs and Chad L. Burgard of Wellsville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
