He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Sandra Widmar; and his grandparents, Wayne, Martha Spencer, Robert and Lucille Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughter Cortney Johnson (Lowry Fairman) of Seward; his granddaughters, Rowan and Linden Fairman; his parents, Robert Johnson and Joan Johnson of Indiana; his father-in-law Jim Widmar of Dilltown; and his siblings, Robin (Johnson), Rich Henigin, Pam (Johnson), Harry Stinson, Robert, Bobbie Johnson, Cory, Misty Widmar, Darin, Cindy Widmar, Albert and Jenny Widmar. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to Spirit Life, 170 FR Martin Telenson Lane, Penn Run, PA 15765 or the New Life Recovery Center, 736 Lincoln Street, Bolivar, PA 15923, as these organizations were important to him.
