He is survived by: his wife Nancy Smith (Stewart); his children, Cheryl Smith, Douglas Smith (Stacey) and Bobbi Jo Smith; his grandchildren, Kylie Mattis, Nicole Smith and Alyssa Faith; his great grandchildren, Mila, Ivy and Archer; and his siblings, Walter, Duane, Clifford, Jake, Edward Smith, Lois Mullen, Evelyn Coleman and Myrtle Haines.
