He was predeceased by : his mother Christina Mazzarini (Hellmann); and his grandparents, Allen Mazzarini and Betty Lou Leonhiser (Hellmann). He is survived by : his father Richard Mazzarini; his brother Tim Mazzarini; and his grandmother Cecelia Mazzarini. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
