He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline Pahler; and his sister Ruth Hatlas. He is survived by: his children, Laura Podolan (Robert) and Paul Pahler (Susan); his siblings, Dolores "Dolly" Taylor (Ken), James "Jim" Pahler (Janet), Albert "Bud" Pahler, Gladys Wagner, Margaret Bard, Robert "Bob" Pahler and Mary Agnes "Toots" Gross; and his children, Garret, Ciara Podolan, Morgan and Ryan Pahler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Family suggests memorial contributions to a charity of one's choice.
