He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen Fields (Cawkwell); and his parents, William Fields and Irene Fields (Hall). He is survived by: his granddaughter Alexa; his children, Mark Thompson, David Alan Fields and Kelly Ann Scott (Fields); his brother Brian Fields; and his granddaughters, Isabella Mae Fields, Amelia Rose Fields and Nicole Elizabeth Scott.
