He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Herb Brower; his son Charles Arthur III; his daughter-in-law Kateryna; his daughter Lauren Ashley Hopkins; his son-in-law Gregory Donofrio; his grandchildren, Riley, Reese Hopkins, Chase, Maya Brower, Lillian and Elliana Donofrio; his in-laws, Andrea, Rik Bourne, Julie, David Eckrote, Diane and Don Rutherford; his sister Susan Brower Skinner; his brother-in-law Patrick Skinner; and his cousins, Bonnie, Gary Bird, John and Anne Stevens.
