He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hopkins and Eleanor Hopkins; and his nephew Jedd Hopkins. He is survived by: his brother Stewart Hopkins (Margaret); his niece Shelli Trimbur (Greg); his great-nephews, Joe and Bill Trimbur; and his cousin Elizabeth Nicholas.
