He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willie Frank Howard and Lorraine Doughty; his wife Brenda Doughty; his children, Alicia, Desiree, Lauren, Kyra and Ean Doughty; and his siblings, Brenda, Cynthia, Valerie Wendell, Anthony, Ernest and Leon Edward.
Due to Covid-19 pandemic the family is Encouraging face mask and sanitary routine, the services will be held at a later date.
