He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Marley and Rebecca Marley (Hile); and his brother John "Jack" Marley. He is survived by: his wife Linda Marley (David); and his siblings, James Marley (Joan), Suzanne Lingua and Mary Jane Dixon (Jimmy Joe). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
