Peters (DuBois, Pennsylvania), born in Ridgway, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 3, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond B. Gornati and Victoria C. Gornati (Skrzypek); and her parents-in-law, Murray, Marjorie Peters, Dean and Nancy Peters.

She is survived by : her children, Shelley Byron (Jim) of Binghamton, NY and Michael Peters (Alley) of Niceville, FL; her grandchildren, Cassidy Peters, Lillian and James Byron, Jr.; her siblings, Yvonne Pratt (Jerald) of Johnsonburg, Ken Gornati (Jen) of Penfield and Mark Gornati (Connie) of DuBois; and her fathers-in-law, Greg Peters (Linda) of Greenville, SC and Morris Peters of Oxford, OH. She is also survived by eight nieces; and five aunts.
