He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cassidy and Janet Cassidy (Humes). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Kephart; his children, Chelsea of Tyrone, Christopher Gearhart and Matthew of Altoona; his grandchildren, Bentley, Kinslee and Maverick; and his sister Nancy Lockard.
