Jarrett; her children, Pamela Holland (Keith) of Altoona, Brenda Snyder of Altoona and David Jarrett of Duncansville; her grandchildren, Ashley Singer (Brandon), Noah Holland and Autumn Snyder; and her siblings, Lydia Phelan, Jean Hatfield, James Phelan, Gerald Phelan (Jane), Allen Phelan and George Snowberger. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
