With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Woomer of Duncansville, Pennsylvania, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 3, 2021 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frances Woomer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Snavely and Emily Snavely (Osterman); her husband Charles W. Woomer Jr.; and her siblings, George W. Snavely, Alberta Wambaugh, Violet Demarce, Edith Thomas, Emily Lytle, Eleanore Smith, Helen Boore, Isabelle Stiffler, Ada Munchak and Florence Stacey.
She is survived by: her son Charles W. Woomer III; her grandchildren, Elisabeth and Benjamin Woomer (Molly); and her great grandchildren, Atle and Julia Pepper. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, all services will be privately held at the convenience of her family.
