He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Harker and Olive Harker (Himes); and his brother Ron Harker. He is survived by: his son James P. Harker; his grandchildren, Jessica Singer (Harker) and Justin Harker; his great grandchildren, Layla Beck, Jayce Singer and Skylyn Singer; and his cousin Bernard Harker.
