He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Ada Forshey (Huntsman). He is survived by: his father Richard E. Forshey; his wife Brenda A. Conner; his children, Michael E. Forshey (Mary) of Harrisburg and Michelle A. Davis (Matthew) of Hollidaysburg; his grandchildren, Ella E. Forshey, Connor E. Forshey, Noah L. Davis and Emma G. Davis; and his brother Paul R. Forshey (Audrey Dentith) of Oak Ridge, NC..
