He is survived by: his wife Lisa Childers; his siblings, Deb Curfman (John), Michelle Resig, Andrea Campbell (Dan), Lisa Stoops, Mary Ulsh (Joe), Joe (Maddy) and Ken (Diane); and his friend Dakota. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
