She was predeceased by: her parents, George R. Grove-Binger and Virginia L. Grove-Binger (Allen). She is survived by: her husband Randall W. Walters; her children, Craig (Donna Bonds) of Mechanicsville, MD, Stacey (Woody Hadsell) of York, PA and Robert (Beth Bonds) of Kennewick, WA; and her sisters, Bonnie Tolson of Lusby, MD, Susan (Gary Magno) of Hagerstown, MD and Sandra (Michael Linton) of Laurel, MD.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
