It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Garber (Duncansville, Pennsylvania), born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 31, 2018, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Charles W. Garber Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Charles William and Anna Garber (Roberts); his brother Benjamin Ray Garber; his grandparents, Suzanne Garber, Denny Roberts and Darlene Roberts; and also Maggie Walkoe. He is also survived by numerous aunts uncles and cousins.
