She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Provinzano and Francesca Calomino Provinzano; and her siblings, John, Frank, Tony, Joseph, Sam, Peter, Emil, Catherine and Rose.
She is survived by: her sons, Anthony (Lisa) and Frank; her grandsons, Alexander and Christopher; her stepgrandchildren, Torrie and Chad Eckrote; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Chad, Brayden, Bella and Joseph; her brother Angelo Provinzano; and her caregiver Terri Topa-Unger. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
Due to COVID-19 concerns the funeral will be held at Saint Mary's Mount Carmel at a date to be determined.
