It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John F. McGinley (Dunmore, Pennsylvania), born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 14, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Marilyn Novak and Lawrence (Buddy); and his niece Barbara. He is survived by: his wife Lenore Roman; his daughters, Dennine Deitzer (Michael) of Peckville, Colleen McGinley of Throop and Kieran Deckard (Bill); his grandchildren, Danielle, Eann, Matthew and Kayden; and his great grandchildren, Clara, Natalie and Billy.
