He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Braun Welsch and Betty Welsch (Tietze); his wife Roberta Welsch (Yerecic); his daughter Kristen Parnell (Scott); his sister Roxanne Anson; his grandson Tyler Parnell; his great-niece Emma Yerecic; his pets, Hailey, Polly and Daisy; and his nephew Matthew Yerecic.
