With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raymond Tubbs of Duquesne, Pennsylvania, born in East Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 29, 2021 at the age of 84. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Lois J. Tubbs (Gorscak); his stepchildren, Beth Chillinsky (Lou) of Irwin, Robert Burwell II of Frederick, MD and Michael Burwell; his sisters, Gertrude Carter (late Bill) of Florida, Catherine Spinozzi (late Dom) of McKeesport and Dolores Snyder of Bethlehem, PA.; his stepgrandsons, Robert Chillinsky (Shawna) and Jonathon Chillinsky (Melissa); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Roman, Lilyana, Sophia, Luna and Willow. He was also cherished by 4 sons.
