It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eleanore M. Waters of East Bangor, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 29, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Labar and Anna Labar (Ross); her husband James E. Waters; her son Jeffrey Waters; and her siblings, Evelyn Mitman, Marian Strunk and Leroy Labar.
She is survived by: her children, Debra (Roger Knecht) and Randall E. Waters; and her grandchildren, Jessica Waters, Amber LaBar, Randy J. Waters, Kimberly Jarrett, Daniel Correll, Ryan Correll and Freyja Rae. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
