She was predeceased by: her husband Donald W. Cook; her parents, Edd Testerman and Josephine Y. Testerman (Pierce); and her brother Vernon Testerman. She is survived by: her children, Sherry Davidson of Murrel's Inlet, SC, Gerald Cook of Dover, Donald Cook of Chambersburg and Matthew Cook of East Berlin; and her sisters, Gloria Welsh, Deb Szczepanski, Cindy Schuchart and Pam Rauhauser. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 1 step grandchild, 10 great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the East Berlin Union Cemetery North Ave..
