She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Kuykendall and Ruby Kuykendall (Simpson); her grandson Luke S. Heflin; and her brother Earl Kuykendall. She is survived by: her husband Glenn H. Heflin; her sons, Chad D. Heflin (Daisy) of Carlisle and David M. Heflin of New Oxford; her granddaughter Rose R. Heflin; and her brother Ronald Kuykendall.
