He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Platz (Ubrey) and Clarence Powell; his stepfather Bud Platz; his siblings, Larry Skultety and Diane Niemczyk; and his son Jerimy Sargent.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Powell; and his children, Ronald Powell Jr (Melody Heeter), Regina Mcdowell (Doug), Christopher Powell and Susan Lash (Jason). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; two brothers and three sisters.
In lieu of flowers the family would greatly appreciate donations be made to the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home to help with costs.
