We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2022, at the age of 96, Laura E. Claar of East Freedom, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Mowry and Sarah J. Mowry (Berkey); her husband Orville J. Claar; and her grandson Jason. She is survived by : her children, Richard Claar (Charlotte) of Williamsburg, George Claar (Michelle) of East Freedom, Rachel Claar of East Freedom and Ronald Claar (Crystal) of Grantville. She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great granddaughters.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Family Hospice, 20 Sheraton Dr. Altoona, PA 16601.
