He was predeceased by: his parents, Sara E. Diefenderfer (Cope) and Charles Diefenderfer; and his siblings, Diane L. Modzel and James Diefenderfer (Jimmy). He is survived by: his siblings, C. Fred (Connie) of Coopersburg, Dane of Orlando, Florida and Jane (David Hottenstein) of Macungie; and his sister-in-law Kristina Diefenderfer. He is also survived by niece and nephews.
