She is survived by : her daughters, Michele Hazelton (Jim) and Ami Yocum (Chris); her grandsons, James Hazelton Jr., Jason Hazelton (Cathryn), Justin Hazelton, Michael Yocum Davis (Dezi) and Dominic Yocum Davis; and her great grandchild Caliana (Ed Vetter).
