She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hamer and Ada Hamer (Baker); her husband Robert F. Oskin; and her siblings, Thomas, Robert, Ronald Hamer, Ella Boring and Alberta Hamer.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Oskin (Ava Jean) of Sutersville, Elizabeth Emerick (Stan) of Irwin, Gary Oskin (Gail) of Liberty Boro and Jeffrey Oskin (Christine) of Charleston; and her grandchildren, Lisa Haggerty (Jeff), Josh Oskin (Alyssa), Chris Jardanhazy (Bria), Heather Shotts (Brian), Johnathan Oskin (Kristin) and Sheri Burke (Bobby). She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Forgie Snyder Funeral Home (1032 Broadway Ave, East McKeesport, PA 15035). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location.
