He is survived by: his wife Sally Coles; his brother Frank Coles; his sons, James Jr. (India) and Derrick; his son-in-law Douglas; his children, Keith and Eddie (Keisha); his grandchildren, Aisha, Zyaire, K'yon, Amani Derrick Jr., Kalia, Kamaia, Sapphire, Makiyah, Tywill, Mozel, Margaret, Robert, LaQuesha, Abiola, Nefertiti and Malachi; and his great grandchildren, Neveah, Jada, Aamir, Na'eem, Jayden, Imanii, Azariah, Peyton, Ariana and Arion. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters in law, nieces, nephews, cousins.
Viewing was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the William H. Clark Funeral Home (1003 Main St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360). A prayer was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Stroudsburg Cemetery (1103 Dreher Ave, Stroudsburg, PA 18360). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at the William H.
