He was predeceased by: his father James McGarry, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Lisa (Griffin); his mother Joan McGarry (Damp) of Florida; his children, Tyler McGarry (Nikki Geromanos), Katherine McGarry and Kayla McGarry Fox (Michael); and his sisters, Lisa McGarry Miller and Heather McGarry.
