She was predeceased by: her husband Clark Kaetzel; her parents, Carl Decker and Edith Decker; and her brothers, Marshall Decker, Carl Decker and George Decker.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Lockard (Sandy), Gary Lockard (Barbara), Dale Lockard (Diane) and Mariellen Porter (Gregg).
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Keokee Chapel Cemetery (152 Koerner Road, Cresco, PA 18326).
