He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Vincent Karafinski and Helen Karafinski (Zengota); and his siblings, Casmier Karafinski, Irene Uskuraitis and Mary Rose Kaminski.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Z. Karafinski (Zelonka); his son Kurt Karafinski (Debbie) of Glenshaw; and his grandchildren, Christopher of Glenshaw and Kiersten Karafinski of Glenshaw. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Adam's memory to Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 400 Kennedy Ave., East Vandergrift, PA 15629.
