She is survived by: her parent Caroline Panek Pomykala; her son John S. Mazurek (Kasia) of East Vandergrift; her grandchildren, Misty Gavasto of Bellvue, John Mazurek (Carla) of Plum and Carrie Caprino (Jeff) of North Huntingdon; and her great grandchildren, Max Gavasto, Luciana, Alena and John Paul Mazurek.
