He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kowalski and Jennie Kowalski (Cieslak); and his siblings, Leonard S. "Doc" Kowalski and Sophie Jablonski. He is survived by: his niece Barbara J. Allen (Roger) of Cranberry Township; his nephew Tom L. Jablonski of East Vandergrift; and his great-nephews, Christopher S. of Cranberry Township and Michael E. Allen of Cranberry Township.
