He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen "Stap" and Sophie Urbanski Petrouski; and his brothers, Thomas and Stephen "Skuz" Petrouski (Delma). He is survived by: his daughter Emily Sophia Petrouski; his son-in-law Russell Jack; his wife Cathy Petrouski (Lorelli); his sisters, Judy Petrarca (Anthony "Bucko") of Vandergrift and Cindy Green (Robert "Bob") of Carrick; and his nieces and nephews, Joseph S. Petrarca (Grace), Christine Petrarca, Anthony C. Petrarca (Pam), Amy Byers (Jim), Lynn Mamros (Chris), Natalie Petrouski (George), Michael Petrouski (Becky Guenther), Douglas Green, Leslie Guilbault (Michael), Ian Green (Amy), Christopher Petrouski (Dana) and Jennifer Geibel (Brett). He is also survived by extended family including many nieces and nephews that he loved dearly and all loved him as a father.
