He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Bookhamer and Dorothy "Dot" Bookhamer (Hite). He is survived by: his wife Rev. Marsha; and his children, Karen Fox (Rick) of Bradenton, David (Kathy) of Lilly and Missy Peters (Renee) of Greenwood, Altoona. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
