He was predeceased by: his brother Edwin C. Houck Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Judith A. Wolfangle (Charles) of Palmer Twp and Deborah L. Bowlby (Charles) of Palmer Twp; his grandchildren, Jill and Christopher; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Preston, Chance and Rachel.
