She is survived by: her children, James Kostura III (Holly) of Kintnersville, Susan J. Kostura (Mark Neetz) of Fogelsville, Mary Ann Kostura of Bethlehem Township and Nicole B. Hockenberry (Mark) of Nazareth; her sister Anna Zeeman (Victor) of Forks Township; her grandchildren, Joshua Appleman, Sarah-Jane Pierce, Jessica Cuttic Adam (Peter Adam), Erica Embardino (Victor Embardino), Zachary Davis (Becca), Alexis Davis, Isabella Davis, Julia Hockenberry and Alan Hockenberry; and her great grandchildren, Abigail Rose Davis and Millie Mae Davis.
