He is survived by: his daughters, Jacquelyne A. Crowell (David A. Crowell) of Forks Twp and LuAnne M. Gallin (Jeffrey C. Gallin) of Palmer Twp; his grandchildren, Casey A. Smith (Ryan L. Smith), David S. Crowell, Colin J. Crowell, Sarah A. Gallin and Elena E. Gallin; his great grandchildren, Rhett L. Smith and Ridge R. Smith; and his sister Nancy Rutt of Palmer Twp.
