He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmine and Mary E. Sagazio (Bubba). He is survived by: his siblings, Antoinette Sagazio (Joseph Balzano) of Kunkletown and Alfred Sagazio, Sr. (Carol) of Easton; his nephews, Alfred Sagazio, Jr. (Kathy), James Sagazio (Ellen), Peter Sagazio (Denise) and Joseph DiFilippantonio; his niece Stephanie DiFilippantonio; and his pet Ricky.
